Will someone please amke me a cool baseball card template? I really want one so I can make cards. Thanks?

I want a cool card template to make baseballcards with, preferably Bowman or something. I just got photoshop7.0 and I don't know how to make cards yet. If you do it please send it to me or post it somewhere. I would really appreciate it.
